Plot: An impoverished couple moves to New York City to pursue their dreams, but things go awry when Aunt Agatha, the tenant granting them a free sublet, dies within days of their arrival. Hilarity ensues when their whacky neighbors learn the truth and threaten their already unstable living situation.
